He has over 15 years of valuation experience of business and real estate valuation, and coupled with experience in investment banking. He has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of various valuation methods such as discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis, and asset-based valuation. Adam LIU is a highly skilled and experienced professional with over 10 years experience in business valuation and intangible asset valuation. He also possess specialized skills in alternative asset valuations like patent, beneficial rights, mining rights, customer relationship... He is equipped with professional knowledge in diverse areas, i.e. having China Legal Qualification and being China Registered Mineral Resources Appraiser. Therefore, he has competitive edges in understanding and providing expert advice regarding the complex process of buying, selling, or merging with other businesses. He possess a deep understanding of the financial, legal, and operational aspects of mergers and acquisitions. They have a thorough knowledge of financial market landscape, industry regulations, and valuation techniques.
